TELEPHONY SPLITTERS and TAPS
Devices that allow multiple antennas to be connected to amplifiers installed within rooms, allowing for more complex systems to be created to broadcast the signal to large areas or to rooms separated by walls that impede signal transmission.
Splitters have one input and 2, 3, or 4 outputs to divide the signal so that all outputs have the same attenuation. Taps have one input, a low-loss pass-through output, and a tapped output.
